  We are using John D Wood to rent our 4-bed property in Chilton.
  We initially dealt with John d Wood as were were tenants ourselves.
  We purchased our own property and due to us relocating internationally, we had to rent our house out. We had not even considered anyone else to manage our rental.
  We had repeated excellent service from Jackie, ​Ceilia and Janine.
  The process of facilitating a clean and stress-free exit for our departing tenants, was efficient and very professional. It is especially important as we live abroad and want to ensure our property is well taken care of and left in good order, for the next tenants.
  Jackie and the team and John D Wood also did an excellent job at finding us new tenants and the property was occupied with two weeks.
  Their excellent service, especially their frequent communication and keeping us up to date with the marketing plan and progress, was of great help.
